Community Partner of the Month

The Pilgrim Faith Food Pantry is a community-based food assistance program operated by Pilgrim Faith United Church of Christ in Oak Lawn, Illinois. It serves families and individuals who have difficulty purchasing enough food to avoid hunger, focusing on meeting basic nutritional needs in a supportive environment

Mission and Scope

The pantry provides free food to about 175 families per month, with roughly 3% of those being unhoused individuals. It relies heavily on community support, accepting all types of donations, including non-perishable food, toiletries, cleaning products, and paper goods.
